NEXT GENERATION TRAINING DAY Saturday, April 17, 2010 The Next Generation Training Day will feature training geared to equip teens and young adults to effectively minister to individuals affected by disability. This inspirational and interactive day will feature a biblical perspective on disability, worship, workshops, hands-on disability awareness exercises, disability etiquette, how to be a buddy to someone with a disability and more.  Fast-paced and never boring, the day is programmed to touch hearts, motivate spirits and inspire action. Maranatha Family Retreats 2010 Week 1 June 14-18, Week 2 June 21-25 Family Retreat is a unique vacation haven for the whole family to enjoy being together in a safe, disability aware community of friends.  The Retreat is held at Maranatha Bible and Conference Center located on 80 beautiful acres on the shoreline of Lake Michigan in Muskegon, Michigan.  Family Retreat is the ultimate vacation spot for families affected by disability because each person attending camp with a disability is assigned a Short Term Missionary to serve and minister to them.  For additional information please contact Lindsey Kudwa at lkudwa@joniandfriends.org.  Registration will start February 1, 2010.
